We do not use comments on this site.


When members subscribe, we collect the data shown on the contact form, including name and email address, and sign up date, via a wordpress plug-in called WP email capture. This information is used solely for recording membership details for NewsBrokerUK and sending email updates about our work.  If you subscribe to membership, you can request a copy of your information and ask for your information and membership to be deleted at any time.  The name and email you provide will not be shared with any third parties.


Embedded content from other websites and services; and links to other websites – Articles and services on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, forms etc.). Embedded content from other websites, and links to other websites will behave in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded or linked content; including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.  NewsBrokerUK is not responsible for any third party websites.

Our site will use cookies for website management and for analytics.  A consent bar has been added to confirm acceptance.  Use of the site beyond the notification in the consent bar confirms acceptance of the cookies in operation.  Our website analytics may include the capture of IP addresses, which is an industry standard approach, in order to provide us with information about how often pages are viewed.  However, no personal information is obtained.

NewsBrokerUK does not share your personal information with anyone.

How long we retain your data and where we send your data

European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. We comply with this ruling.  All NewsBrokerUK data is held on UK servers.
